About Our Services

Factory-Level Suspension Service
Moonracer Suspension delivers factory-level rebuilds and maintenance for modern systems from Fox, RockShox, BikeYoke, and OneUp. Using precision tools like our Andreani vacuum pump, fork and shock dynos, and nitrogen fill station, we match or exceed manufacturer standards.
Drop your bike off or ship your components in—every job gets the same careful, professional treatment, so your ride feels like new.

Why Suspension Service Matters
Your suspension works hard every ride—absorbing impacts, improving traction, and keeping you in control. With time, fluids break down and seals wear, dulling performance. Regular service restores that smooth, responsive feel and extends the life of your gear.
If your fork or shock feels harsh, noisy, or inconsistent—or it’s been a season since your last tune—it’s time for service.

Service Intervals
Keep your ride dialed and protect your investment with regular maintenance:
- Every 50 hours → “Lower Leg” or “Air Can” Service
Refresh oil, seals, and clean internals to keep things running smoothly.
- Every 125–200 hours → Full Rebuild
Complete damper and spring overhaul, air-can service, and full fluid replacement.
“Moonracer Suspension made my shock feel like new! Mike was professional, efficient, and I trusted him to take care of my bike like it was his own.”
